The warm welcome from Mrs Yolanda at reception. The cleanliness of my room and the amazing views added to the charm of my visit.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The hotel itself is pretty cosy; stuff is helpful.
The breakfast was very modest. You had to get up very early to catch some food.

Location and parking.
Staff wasn't very friendly. Room was litlle bit too hot (ok, summer time etc. but anyway). There is risk not to have full menu if going late (after 10.30) for breakfest.

The location was good, short walk to town center as well as sightseeing places, in a beautiful area. There was Jana Tirgus nearby to grab something to eat.

Excellent breakfast with hot options and good coffee, for example, it had so much choice. The location was great and absolutely perfect, near to the restaurant and a super breakfast buffet, the bus stations and the railway stations and Tarzans "park.
Facilities were clean nice, nonetheless Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

Fantastic location in the center of town, near the bus and trains stations. A restaurant open till midnight and a cafe open till 23:00, as well as two supermarkets open till 22:00 a short (2 min.) walk away. The hotel enables you to visit the attractions of the region with no car - you can walk to Sigulda Castles and get a small bus to Turaida Castle as well as a cable car to Krimulda Manor. All very close to the hotel. We had a room in the old part, which is an architectural gem. Also, though we had a family with a young child in the next room, we couldn't hear them, even if the child was loud, so the isolation - at least in this part, is good.
The restaurant was very uninteresting. The summer terrace has little character. Also it closes at 21:00. With about a dozen options a two-three minute walk away (the hotel is in the center), among them many open longer, it's no surprise that the hotels restaurant was mainly empty.

An enjoyable experience awaits you here! The spacious room featured a working TV and a fixed shower gel, a refreshing touch. Don't miss out on the delicious breakfast and the well-equipped spa, perfect for a relaxing retreat. Do note that service quality can be hit or miss at times.

Clean, nice, beautiful location. Our room was in newer section, older section seems much more quaint...we would like to try that next time. Very quiet and nice!
No wifi available. Decor in our room was rather bland. It was a good thing we were not intersted in watching television, the set was tiny.
